Champagne Degustation Dinner at Patara Fine Thai Cuisine

S&P Global's Senior VP of Operations, Ann Suriyong, has created a special 6-course degustation menu that not only revamps traditional Thai classics but is prepared with French cooking techniques and nouvelle presentation.
The stunning repertoire of dishes include a blood orange pomelo salad showered with roasted coconut and crushed macadamia, and a pan-seared wild salmon glazed with tamarind and served with a crabmeat flute. Also not to be missed is the hand-crafted luuk choop (miniature fruit made with mung beans).
Just for White Card members, this dinner will be paired with Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne (Brut NV & Rose) from Beam Global Asia.
